Mexican politicians seem to be taking a cue from their neighbors to the North.  If something is really important for your country’s future, do nothing, pass it around like a football, and blame the other party for the inertia.  That seems to be the strategy.  Amid charges of political arm-twisting, an opposition party has held passage of legislation vital to an overhaul of Mexico’s energy sector hostage to its demands for a political revamping.
