You can walk two blocks in Miami these days without running into a Brazilian. Brazilian economic indicators may be in the dumps, but travelers from Miami-Dade’s top international tourism market still make their July pilgrimage to South Florida. And why not? Miami is still cheap compared to Sao Paolo.
